White Label SEO

For design studios, web developers and marketing agencies whose clients keep asking for search work they do not deliver in-house.

White label SEO delivers search work for agencies under their own brand. The Nexclick provides audits, technical fixes, content and reporting you can forward unedited, never contacts your client, and appears nowhere in the deliverables. Priced so there is margin left for you.

Is this you?

What usually prompts the call

  • Clients keep asking for SEO and you keep referring it away.
  • You tried an in-house hire and could not keep them busy enough to justify the salary.
  • Your current white label supplier sends reports you have to rewrite before forwarding.
  • You need occasional technical depth rather than a permanent capability.

What we do

The actual deliverables

Things that appear on an invoice, not adjectives.

Forwardable reporting
Written in your brand’s voice with no reference to The Nexclick, so it goes to your client unedited. Having to rewrite a supplier’s report is a hidden cost that eats the margin.
Audits and technical delivery
Full audits, technical fixes, migrations and remediation, specified so your developers can implement or so we can implement directly on your instruction.
Content production
Written to brief, in your client’s voice, delivered as documents you supply onward. Copyright passes to you and then to your client.
Pre-sale support
Joining your pitch as your team member if you want it, or staying entirely invisible and briefing you beforehand. Whichever you prefer, agreed in writing.
A defined escalation route
A named contact and agreed response times, because your client’s deadline is your reputation rather than ours.
No contact with your client, ever
Written into the agreement. We do not approach your clients during the engagement or afterwards, and the relationship remains entirely yours.
Transparent scoping
You see exactly what is included and what it costs, so you can price your own margin knowingly rather than guessing at it.

Checklist

What to check before appointing any white label supplier

Reseller relationships fail in predictable ways. Ask these before signing — of us, or of anyone else you are considering. Most of them concern boundaries rather than capability.

  1. 01Is non-solicitation of your clients written into the agreement, during and after?
  2. 02Will reports arrive genuinely client-ready, or will you rewrite them every month?
  3. 03Whose name appears in the deliverables, the documents and the file metadata?
  4. 04Who owns the content copyright, and does it pass cleanly to your client?
  5. 05Will they join client calls as your team, stay invisible, or refuse both?
  6. 06What are the agreed response times when your client escalates something urgent?
  7. 07Who actually does the work — the person you spoke to, or someone you will never meet?
  8. 08Will they tell you when a deadline you have promised is not achievable?
  9. 09Can you see the scope and the price separately, so your margin is a decision?
  10. 10Is there a minimum volume commitment or an exclusivity clause?
  11. 11What happens to accounts and access if the relationship ends?
  12. 12Will they say no to work outside their competence, or take it and subcontract it?
  13. 13Do they set client expectations honestly, or agree to whatever you have promised?
  14. 14Can you get a reference from another agency using them?

How it works

Step by step, with timeframes

Timeframes are typical rather than guaranteed, and they assume we get account access and approvals when we ask.

  1. 01Week 1

    Agree terms and boundaries

Non-solicitation, branding, escalation and response times settled in writing before any client work begins.

  2. 02Per engagement

    Scope per client

A written scope you can price from, with the deliverables and exclusions stated so nothing is ambiguous when it reaches your client.

  3. 03Per engagement

    Deliver

Work delivered to your timeline, in your branding, ready to forward.

  4. 04Monthly

    Report

Client-ready reporting on your schedule, plus a separate internal note to you covering anything you should know but should not forward.

What you get

Reporting and ownership

  • Reporting in your branding, forwardable without editing.
  • A written non-solicitation undertaking covering your clients during and after the engagement.
  • A separate internal note each month covering things you should know but not forward.
  • Transparent per-engagement pricing so your margin is a decision rather than a guess.
  • A named contact with agreed response times, because our delay is your reputation.

Tools and platforms

  • Ahrefs or Semrush
  • Screaming Frog
  • Google Search Console & Analytics
  • Looker Studio (white-labelled dashboards)
  • Your project management system

Timeline

How long this actually takes

Onboarding takes a week. Individual engagements run to whatever timeline you have promised your client, and we will tell you before accepting when a promised deadline is not achievable rather than agreeing and missing it. On results, the honest note that matters for a reseller relationship: the timescales are the same as any other SEO work — three to six months for competitive terms — and the most common cause of white label relationships breaking down is an agency having promised a client something faster. We would rather help you set the expectation than inherit it.

Pricing model

Project, then retainer

Per-engagement pricing for projects, monthly for retainers, quoted so you can add your margin visibly. No minimum volume and no exclusivity requirement.

Questions

White Label SEO questions

Will you contact our clients?

No, and it is written into the agreement as a non-solicitation undertaking covering the engagement and afterwards. The relationship is yours. Where we join a call, it is as a member of your team with your branding, and only when you have asked us to.

Whose name is on the deliverables?

Yours. Documents, reports and dashboards carry your branding, and we check file metadata too, since that is where a supplier’s name most often leaks. If you spot anything with our name on it, that is our error to fix.

Can you join client calls?

If you want us to, as part of your team. Some agencies prefer complete invisibility and a briefing beforehand; others prefer having a specialist in the room. Both work. What matters is agreeing which before the first call rather than during it.

How is this priced?

Per engagement, quoted to you so you can add your margin visibly. There is no minimum volume, no exclusivity clause and no requirement to route all your search work through us. Some agencies use us for technical work only and keep content in-house.

What if our client has promised timescales you cannot meet?

We will tell you before accepting the work rather than agreeing and missing it. Unrealistic client expectations are the most common cause of reseller relationships breaking down, and it is far easier to reset an expectation early than to explain a missed one later.

Do you work with agencies that also offer SEO?

Frequently. Agencies with in-house capability use us for overflow, for technical depth they do not hold, or for specific work such as migrations and penalty recovery. There is no requirement that you lack the capability yourself.

A 20-minute call, no pitch deck. The Nexclick will tell you what we would do, roughly what it costs, and whether we are the right people for it.
