Every cookie and storage item this site uses, what it is for, and how long it lasts. Nothing outside the essential category runs until you opt in.

1. How consent works here
Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, non-essential cookies require your consent before they are set — not after. On this site that is enforced by construction: the analytics script is not present in the page at all until consent is stored. There is no "load it and hold it" arrangement, because that is not consent.
Rejecting is one click, the same as accepting, and it is on the same screen with the same prominence. You can change your choice at any time using the link in the footer.
2. Essential — always on
These are needed for the site to work. They cannot be switched off, and they do not require consent because the site cannot deliver the service you asked for without them.

3. Analytics — off unless you say yes
Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager. It tells us which pages people read and where they leave. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not link it to advertising identifiers.

If you decline, none of these are set and no data reaches Google. The site works identically either way.
4. Marketing — off unless you say yes
Advertising and remarketing tags, used only while a campaign is running. If The Nexclick is not currently advertising, nothing in this category loads even with consent given.
When campaigns are live, this category may include Google Ads conversion and remarketing tags and the Meta pixel. This policy will list them individually before any are enabled.
5. Things this site deliberately does not do
- No third-party fonts. Fonts are served from our own domain, so no request reaches Google Fonts and no IP address is shared with it.
- No social media embeds that track you before you interact with them.
- No session recording or heatmap tools.
- No advertising cookies set by default, on any page, for any visitor.
6. Controlling cookies in your browser
Beyond the settings on this site, every major browser lets you block or delete cookies. If you block essential cookies, your cookie choice and theme preference will not persist between visits, but nothing else will break.
