Pricing

What this actually costs

The Nexclick prices work in three ways: monthly retainers for search, social and paid media; fixed-price projects for websites and AI systems; and day rates for consultancy. Starting points are published below. Final quotes follow a call, because the same brief costs different amounts depending on what already exists.

Indicative figures — not yet final

Figures below are indicative starting points while we finalise our published rates. The Nexclick quotes properly after a call — nobody pays a number they read on a website. These numbers are here so the page structure is complete; replace them with agreed rates before launch (see TO-CONFIRM.md, C-05).

How we quote

No mystery retainers

Every quote from The Nexclick lists what is being done, how many hours it assumes, and what is excluded. If a line item does not make sense to you, it is our job to explain it or remove it.

Projects

Fixed price against a written scope. Split across milestones — typically 40% to start, 40% at build sign-off, 20% on launch. Scope changes are quoted separately before any work happens, never absorbed silently and billed later.

Retainers

A monthly fee against an agreed set of deliverables, not a vague number of hours. You get a report every month showing what was done. Rolling three-month initial term, then 30 days’ notice.

Consultancy

Day rate, for teams who have people but need direction — an audit, a strategy session, a second opinion on an agency’s work. Output is a written document you own, not a slide deck we present and take away.

Questions

Pricing questions we get asked

Why does the site not list fixed prices?

Because the same brief costs different amounts depending on what already exists. A five-page site on a clean domain and a five-page site rebuilt out of a broken WordPress install are not the same job. The Nexclick publishes starting points so you can rule us in or out quickly, then quotes properly after a call.

Is there a minimum contract length?

Retainers run on a rolling three-month initial term, then monthly. Three months is the shortest window in which SEO or paid work produces enough data to judge honestly. After that you can stop with 30 days’ notice.

Is ad spend included in the paid advertising fee?

No. The management fee is what you pay The Nexclick. Ad spend goes directly to Google, Meta or whichever platform you are on, on your own billing account, so you keep control of the budget and the account.

Who owns the website and the accounts at the end?

You do. Domains, hosting, analytics, ad accounts and the site itself are set up in your name wherever possible. If you stop working with us, we remove our access and everything stays where it is. Nothing is held hostage.

Do you work on a performance or commission basis?

Occasionally, and only where the tracking is clean enough to be fair to both sides. It works for ecommerce with reliable revenue attribution. It rarely works for lead generation, where attribution is arguable and the argument poisons the relationship.

What is not included?

Ad spend, third-party software licences, stock photography, and paid placements for digital PR. Those are passed through at cost with no mark-up, and they are listed separately on every quote so you can see what is ours and what is not.

Do you charge VAT?

VAT status is confirmed on your quote and on every invoice. All figures published on this page are exclusive of VAT.

Twenty minutes on a call and The Nexclick can tell you roughly what your job costs, or tell you it is not worth doing. Both are useful.
