Websites, campaigns and AI systems that hold up under scrutiny.
The Nexclick is a web development, digital marketing and AI services agency in Central London, working with businesses across the United Kingdom.
147 services across seven areas — every one with its own page setting out deliverables, timescales and cost before you speak to anybody.
What we do
Three disciplines, seven service areas
Build, market, automate. They are separated here because that is how people shop for them, not because they are separate problems.
Why people call
Three things we hear most weeks
Nobody rings an agency asking for technical SEO. They ring because something specific has stopped working.
You rank for your own name and nothing else
Customers who already know you can find you. Everyone else is finding a competitor. That is usually a structural problem — the site has no page targeting what people actually search for, and no amount of posting fixes it.
SEO servicesThe new website made things worse
Traffic dropped after a rebuild and nobody can say why. Nine times out of ten it is the redirect map, the page structure, or a staging site that went live with indexing switched off. All recoverable, and faster the sooner it is looked at.
Site migration SEOYou are spending on ads and cannot tell what works
The platform reports conversions, the accounts do not agree, and nobody trusts the number. Almost always a tracking problem rather than a campaign problem — and it means every optimisation decision so far has been made on bad data.
Analytics & tracking setupInstead of a logo wall
Judge us on the detail, not the badges
The Nexclick has no client logos, testimonials or headline percentages on this site, because none have been supplied with written permission to publish. Rather than borrow credibility, here is what you can check yourself.
Every price is published
Starting points for all seven service areas, plus what pushes the number up. You can rule us in or out before a call.
PricingEvery process is written down
What happens in each stage, what we need from you, and where timelines actually slip. Including the parts that are genuinely slow.
How we workEvery case study admits a mistake
The format includes a “what we would do differently” section. The examples published now are format templates, clearly marked as such.
Case studiesHow it runs
Four stages, in this order
Numbered because it genuinely is sequential — you cannot plan before diagnosing, and there is nothing to measure before the build.
- 01Week 1–2
Diagnose
Analytics, rankings, ad accounts and the site itself. No proposal before this — one written without it is guesswork with a price on the front.
- 02Week 2–3
Plan
A written plan with priorities, timescales and a number against each line. You can push back before anyone starts work.
- 03Week 3 onwards
Build
Fortnightly blocks with visible output at the end of each. Nothing disappears into a black box for two months.
- 04Monthly
Measure
What moved, what did not, and what changes as a result. Enquiries and revenue where attribution allows, and an honest note where it does not.
Sectors
Where we spend most of our time
Dedicated pages for each of these are being written. The enquiry patterns, compliance constraints and buying cycles are genuinely different, and pretending otherwise produces generic work.

Questions
Before you get in touch
What does The Nexclick actually do?
Three things that keep running into each other: building websites and web applications, running search and paid advertising campaigns, and deploying AI systems like chatbots, voice agents and workflow automation. Most clients start with one and add the others when the reporting justifies it.
Where is The Nexclick based?
12 Adelaide St, London WC2N 4HZ — a few minutes from Charing Cross. Delivery happens over calls and shared boards, so most of the client list is outside London.
Do I have to buy a package?
No. Retainers exist because they suit ongoing search and paid work, but plenty of engagements are a single project — a site build, an audit, an AI system deployed and handed over. If a retainer is not right for you we will say so rather than sell you one.
What is the smallest job you will take on?
A one-off audit or a fixed piece of technical work. What we avoid is a retainer too small to do anything meaningful with, because that wastes your money and our time. If your budget is not yet enough to move the needle, we would rather tell you what to do yourself.
How is AI work different from the marketing work?
The measurement is cleaner. Marketing is judged on enquiries over months; an AI system is judged on whether a specific task now happens that previously did not — calls answered out of hours, documents processed, enquiries triaged. The Nexclick measures the gap before proposing anything.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within two weeks of a signed scope. Urgent work jumps the queue — a suspended Google Business Profile, a site knocked out by a bad migration, or malware, because each of those costs money every day it stays unresolved.
Tell us what you are trying to fix
A 20-minute call, no pitch deck. The Nexclick will tell you what we would do, roughly what it costs, and whether we are the right people for it.
